Terms of Service – Levně a Kvalitně

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Levně a Kvalitně. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The contractual language is English; a Czech translation may be provided for convenience, but only the English version is legally binding. These Terms define the mutual rights and obligations of you and Levně a Kvalitně.

Levně a Kvalitně commits to a 99.5 % monthly uptime. Payment is due in euros (EUR) via invoice within 14 days of issue. Beta features are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Either party may terminate with written notice; outstanding obligations must be settled upon termination. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect. For data handling, please see our Privacy page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic; exclusive venue is Brno.
