Legal basis for personal data processing: Art. 6(1)(b)(f) GDPR. The data controller is Levně a Kvalitně, s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic. Categories of data processed: website analytics (Matomo, self‑hosted), client accounts (for ordering), and job‑applicant data (CVs, contact details).

Your Rights & Data Security

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or transfer your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email dpo@levneakvalitne.cz. We retain analytics data for 13 months, client accounts for the duration of the service plus 3 years, and job application data for up to 12 months post-process. We do not transfer data outside the EU or EEA.
